Rimmel Lasting Finish 25 Hour Foundation

When it comes to foundation I am very picky; well who isn't?  I have combination/oily skin so I need a foundation that doesn't leave a luminous finish and doesn't hydrate.  I also like my foundation to be medium coverage maybe even a tad full.  With that said my favorite foundation is Revlon's Colorstay (review coming soon) but a close runner up is Rimmel Lasting Finish 25 Hour Foundation.

My shade is 303 True Nude/ Mi tono es 303 True Nude
I don't have a lot to cover or really fix, but you can see I do have a couple of acne scars.

I really love this foundation since it is medium/full coverage and what I really love is that it leaves a matte finish but isn't totally flat.  It covers my scars wonderfully and evens out my complexion.  It lasts all day for me and I live in the Caribbean where the heat is very present.  Now I've never wore any foundation for 25 hours, so I can't vow for that.  It goes on flawlessly and it doesn't oxidize on me either.  I've applied this with my fingers and its looks beautiful, but my favorite way to apply it is with my Flat Top Synthetic Kabuki brush (F80) from Sigma.  It does have a scent that bothered me at first but after having worn it for awhile I got over it.  It retails for around $7.49 wherever Rimmel is sold.

XOXO,
Diane Cristi

    1. That's too bad :( Thank you so much, you're too sweet! I hardly ever wear foundation just whenever I feel like getting a little more dressed up.
